Jan 2007 Note: For now the quaint home is rented: all occupants are thought to be human.
If you want to experience the heritage that is America, this is the place. Located in the historic district with a large back yard, good schools within walking distance, near the main street with the college campus.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 4th upstairs sitting room/library/office/child's bedroom. Attic and cellar storage. Large patio & garden. Off street parking front and back. Washer & dryer.
One could set up an office or business using a side door leading into a room with large planks as flooring.
